Climate and Weather in Bali

An island belonging to Indonesia, Bali is between Jakarta and Lombok, not for from both Malaysia and the Philippines. Small, this island is found close to the equator and is a tropical region with only two seasons: the dry season ranging from May to November or December with a few days of rain, especially in the late afternoon and evening as well as the rainy season - also known as the monsoon season between the months of January and April. The Bali climate is a ideal, where temperatures are pleasant throughout the entire year. Be careful however, because even when the temperatures are mild, it can burn the skin in less than an hour!

The coolest month in Bali is also the driest, which is July. The wettest month in Bali is January. Notably, it rains twice as much in northern Bali than in comparison to the south. However in this part of Indonesia, the rain does not fall for days on end. Instead, it can rain for an hour or so and then not at all for several days. Daylight hours are for their part, almost always the same: from 6 am to approximately 6:30 pm, by reason of the equatorial climate on the island. According to research, Bali is a lovely island to discover throughout any season. Not far, Jakarta also has this same type of climate.

Crossed by a volcanic chain, including the famous volcano Gunung Agung, Bali however has a slightly cooler weather within this mountainous area.
